We Ship Our Wines to You, Virginia!
Since opening our doors in 2020, people from around the world have visited our Tasting Room to try our hand-crafted Virginia wines. We are often asked to ship our bottles, since many of our visitors are not from the area in which our wines are produced.
Although the process of shipping alcohol can be complicated, you asked and we made it happen! Jolene Family Winery is proud to now offer a wine shipping service across the Commonwealth of Virginia – with plans to expand to other areas in the near future.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WINE SHIPPING
Wine deliveries make your life easier! In the past, some of our customers have driven several hours to pick up their favorite bottle of Cabernet Franc or Vasara: Peach from our Tasting Room.
Whether you live far away or not – wine deliveries are best suited for people who want to simplify their life. We designed this process to be as easy as possible with that in mind.
Our first priority? We wanted to ensure your bottles would arrive safely at your door without any breaks, leaks, or damages. We invested in special packaging specifically designed to protect your bottles in transit, so that the only thing you have to worry about is finding the bottle opener when your box arrives.
All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult of legal drinking age (21 years or older). UPS will not leave such packages on the doorstep, even if the recipient has requested this. This stipulation also means that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
HOW TO ORDER
Interested in having our wine shipped to your door? Visit our Online Shop to start the process:
Step 1: Select your desired bottles and amounts. Click “Add to cart.”
TIP: Want to get the most out of your shipping? We recommend ordering in quantities of 1, 2, 3, 6, or 12 as our shipping costs are calculated with those amounts.
Step 2: Once you have selected your bottles, click the “View my cart” button and review your order. To move forward, you will need to verify that you are over the age of 21.
Step 3: Enter your shipping and billing information.
TIP: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All addresses must be in Virginia at this time.
Step 4: Click “Pay now” and confirm your order.
Step 5: Congrats! Your wine will be shipped as soon as possible. Please keep in mind the following:
All orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order before shipping.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon EST are processed the following business day.
Delivery of the package depends on the distance from our winery and the day the order was received.
All orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
CAN YOU SHIP TO OTHER STATES?
We cannot ship our wines outside Virginia at this time. Our Team is working hard to expand our shipping, but each state has its own requirements for the purchasing and delivery of alcohol. Keep an eye out for updates as this will change!
