If you are interested in hosting a gathering or celebration at Jolene during regular business hours, please email us at events@jolenefamilywinery.com or click the button below for more details. There are limitations to what our tasting room can accommodate on a normal weekend without an event planned. Our events teams must be contacted prior for groups of 15 or more. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONs: EVENTS

I have a large group for a get together but am not really looking to plan an event, is there another option?

If you have not worked with our team to plan an event, we are only able to accommodate groups of 15+ on a regular business day if you and your guests occupy The Pines. This is because we do not have seating in our Greenhouse or Tasting Room to accommodate such a large group. The Pines area is situated right by Tom Brooks Lake, and is perfect for enjoying the breeze. Please consider bringing blankets and chairs to enjoy our waterfront.

Even without an event booked, calling our Tasting Room prior to your large group arriving is recommended!

Can I bring balloons & decorations?

Yes, you are welcome to bring minimal decorations for celebrations; however, we ask for no confetti, glitter, or hanging decorations. Decorations must be restricted to what fits on top of your table. Tables must be occupied by your party and not reserved for food or gifts. We ask that you please remove and/or dispose of decorations before leaving the winery. Balloons are NOT allowed inside of the tasting room/greenhouse.

Can I move tables and chairs to accommodate my group?

Unfortunately, we do not allow our space to be rearranged. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring my own food for the party?

Yes! We welcome our visitors to bring their own food items!
