You will be slicing cheeses using different types of cheese knives. You will learn how to fold and manipulate different types of salami.
All ingredients and materials provided as well as a glass of Jolene Family Winery’s wine. This class is perfect for a date day, girls day out or for someone who is looking to brush up their boarding skills for hosting! After the class, you can enjoy your creation right in the beautiful vineyard grounds!
