Since the fall of last year, we at Jolene Family Winery have been thrilled to host Wine Down Wednesday, a special event series designed to bring people together to explore wines from around the world. Over the past few months, we’ve taken our guests on a flavor-filled journey through Spain, France, Italy, and beyond—all from the comfort of our warm Greenhouse in Virginia.

Now, as the season comes to a close, we’re excited to finish with a vibrant celebration of South African wines with Wine Down Wednesday: South Africa. Join us on February 26th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM for an evening of exploration, education, and connection. This tasting event will showcase unique wines from South Africa, complete with their fascinating stories and distinct flavors.

Whether you’re looking to discover a new favorite, deepen your wine knowledge, or simply enjoy a relaxed evening with fellow wine lovers, this event is the perfect way to unwind midweek. And don’t forget—the bottles you fall in love with will be available for purchase after the tasting!
